ok..would i leave the same meta tags on each page,,after all i want people to find my index(main page) dont i???why do i have to change those meta tags for each page???this i dont understand

Oh, you should maybe have a look at Bether's seo guide, you can find the link in her signature ... but quite simply, these should reflect the content of the page, and we are assuming each page of your website is different, and the more pages of your website that is found via different search terms, the better for you ... so yes, they should be different ... at least as different as they can be dependent on your page content ...

Consider too, applying a ror site map on your website, do a search in the forum and you will find out how, it's real easy and helpful too ...

See - there is that "tracker" again, lol

you explained that well and yes ill look into that site map...not sure what is a site maps job..but ill go to to forums and look it up...lol
