You can place your text on one page and then have it posted inside an I-Frame. This shoud give you a little help getting it going...

You can try the Marguee function in BV (button on top toolbar (HTML tools toolbar)).

The I-frame is an excellent idea (I use it myself), but if that is not what you want, then try one of the options on this link. Link.
