Autoresponder Notification Jumble

Hi,

My mail and autoresponder works perfectly.
The only problem is the formatting of the autoresponder reply message which is in one big jumble as shown below.

"Gentleman, Your email has been received thank you. Genuine enquiry will receive a reply. Spam will be automatically deleted. This is an auto generated response and require no reply. Mail Administrator bumiweb.com"

I would like the reply to be formatted as follows:

"Gentleman, Your email has been received thank you.
Genuine enquiry will receive a reply.
Spam will be automatically deleted.

This is an auto generated response and require no reply.

Mail Administrator
www.bumiweb.com"

The Cpanel setting for the above message does not seem to have a formatting option.

Does anybody have an idea how to format the auto responder reply message?

Hello Abu

I had the same problem when I first set up my
autoresponder.

What I found was that if I set out my responder message
in my text edit program (notepad) first, then cut and
paste to my responder, the format remained intact.

If I was to type it directly into the responder it became
one long message, so I would suggest giving the notepad
setup a try.
