help again to point to the home page

now i have problem with lowtravelfare.com again index of .....
page comes.
sorry to bother but if you give me solution how to point the domain name to the page i want as home page ,it will be easier for me to do it for other websites.
and also for this website i have used inline frame ,will everyone see the website ,cause i heard that only IE supports inline frame.
