unexpected file format help

can some help please
when i try to Preview or bublish my pages i keep getting this message blue voda ( unexpected file foremat ) i have looked at all threads but i am still not sure what to do about it....my not sure what i have done!
any help would be great thank you :)

i am getting this message on all pages?

when i go in my blueFTP folder all my pages look like ...white page with letter E on....is this right?
