I have lost all my work before and was wondering how to back up my site on a CD or Memory stick.

With whatever device you choose, copy all the files you find in your Blue Voda Folder - these files will include - your .bvp files - your images - any documents - music, related to the site and copy them and then save the cd or memory stick safely somewhere.

If you keep all your files together on this external source, you will have them to be able to reinstall back into your computer - remember - any updates will not show so only you could decide how often you should do this.
