ip address question

I had to do the website again and have done it on another computer. My ip address is not coming up in the drop down panel when publishing. I have clicked on links to download the latest versions and done all that but my ip address is still not coming up when trying to publish. HELP!

I believe you have published your website so you must have this resolved .. ??
