1. Currently we are using train version of feedback.html due to which we are getting ,companies advertisement at the bottom of email, everytime we recieve the email from customer. So please let us know any other method to prepare feedback.html page.
We are using action php with this file.
2. Secondly we are using microsoft outlook for email communication and also we have prepared the signature in proper format and font. Whenever we want to reply to an email we click on reply button but the signature appears at the bottom will take the default format and size of the email content and not what we prepared with proper font and size.
Could you please provide proper solution for these problems?
