Button Scroll Over Effets Help Please!!

Hello, I am Davian, I wanted to have my site buttons to have flames shoot up over the buttons when you scrolled over them. I f anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry if it annoy's you I am new at this. Thank You
