OK! I'm a novice and need HELP!

My first page comes up alright...but, the music takes forever to load...
Some of my other links, via menu, don't even come up...
My pictures page takes FOREVER to come up...have tried various things....some I can't even remember...
I KNOW this is not much info., but, as I said...I'm so NEW to this...almost illiterate...embarressing!
I;m hoping if someone experiances actually trying to navigate my site, that they'll know what is probably wrong....
This is a website for our Band, "Heaven in Black" and it is indeed high priority for promotional use, but, it's not running correctly and I'm at wits end....Should my images be hosted, instead of linking directly to my pics on my computer?
Maybe my pic files are to large?
