Re: sending email via outlook express

First suggestion looking at the error code I would say is to check, check, and recheck your username and password are correct.

Make sure, 'my server requires authentication' is ticked

Who is your ISP? You are in the UK aren't you?
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.

      (Connection Issue)
      Also check to be sure:
      1. you have reset the timeout to at least 1 minute 30 seconds
      2. you have ticked "My server require authentication"
      3. you have ticked "Use Same As Incoming Server"

Except for point 9 as you are in the UK.

Re: sending email via outlook express

Run the "Outlook/Express" troubleshooting tool in your cPanel EMAIL setup area.

Assuming you did in fact set up the email accounts and follow the steps mentioned in this thread precisely....
