I extracted the file, then uploaded in my directory, I changed the config CHMOD to 666, But I goto http://www.mysite/votepro and nothing happens, am I missing something.

any suggestions?

You are trying to load add-on's to a site format that is not supported here at VodaHost: you need to get Support directly from iLister (the provider of your scripted website foundation).

They will be able to provide details on how to "enhance" their own product. It may already be available, and just need to be "turned on"!
