linking to same page?

I want to make a link at the top of the page that links to text or image farther down the same page....anyone know how to do this......sorry can't find another thread about exactly this.

go to 'Insert' > 'Bookmark'

Place the bookmark where you want the exact spot further down the page and link to it.

okay, found i can do it from text linking but i want to do it from a navigation bar....is that possible?

Hi, in the url field just place the bookmark name IE: "#bookmark1" & so on for the others. This will quite often only work when published.
Dont forget the #
