  • same domain name but different extension

I posted about this question yesterday but get deleted?
    I don't know WHY?
But this is URGENT so please allow me to ask again.
I have 2 domains with same name but wiht different extension.
    How do I publish them?
    ex.
    abc.com
    abc.net

failed to publish if extension is added
    public_html/abc.com

    Thanks in advance.

Well heres the deal.. you dont want them both on the same server anyway.. and you dont want one to be a doorway to the other either. I would imagine it causes a large conflict in cpanels that dont add the extensions to the folders.. Ie: .net or .com .. so you couldnt do it.

        Hi Pak Biru,

Check out the folder names in your cPanel and ascertain what it states.
Normally the folder is named only "abc" without the .com or the .net so the
.net could have a slightly different name which was automatically created.

Yes youd need another account unless your account adds the .com or .net to the folder names. What I would do is only have ONE site anyway and have ONE redirected to the other via the domain name server. You can really get into trouble SE wise with running these same names and same sites with same content etc...same server once they start analyzing things ... same owner etc etc. Good way to get blacklisted by google.. and thats not good.
