Publishing for the first time
My domain name is bergerbits.com and although it says "Successfully Published" when I publish from BV, when I visit my page there is nothing there. Can you please take a look.

Hi, your domain is pointing at the 1&1 servers & should be at the VH servers. You will have to use the info in your welcome when email you joined VH to do this. -

I'm having the same problem with my domain basartob.com. I publish and a window says it was successfully published. Yet when I type www.basartob.com a weird ad page appears.
I thought this would be easy. I can't make heads or tails out of the answer "1&1 server", don't know what that refers to or how to change it.
Please someone advise before I lose all my hair.Comment

Hi, you need to go to where you purchased your domain from & point it at your VH server. The details will be in your welcome email. At the moment, your domain is pointing at ...................
