I have built a site and is live using soholaunch but I want to uninstall this site and build a new site using soholaunch. How do I do i?

I would just clear your product database if you want to Keep soho. Otherwise you need to uninstall it thru cpanel, fantastico, and then reinstall it.

How about changing it to a different domain altogether.
