page not publishing properly, help please!

Hello,

I published my site www.personalizationwhizz.com

later i made some changes and published only the changed files, after i did so my page started appearing as half the page was on top and half below the (would be correct) actual page.

Please have a look at www.personalizationwhizz.com and scroll down to see what i mean.

I cleared all the files from the control panel to republish my site but that didnt help.

The page also appears double in the preview mode in BV.

Can anyone help me to solve the problem?

You have a conflicting javascript ether place it in a html box or put in the the wrong area in the page properties. looks like a roll over script.

how do i come to know which java script is overrulling the other etc as you said.

what i did was i removed some text and instead i put that text on a logo, published changed files.
those logos are exactly appearing below the actual page.

could you or anyone tell what i need to do?

I fixed the issue myself, it was due to a visitor counter html i had placed at the bottom of my page. I removed that and the issue got solved.
