My site is nevershomemaintenance.com. I try to publish my index page but i keep getting error 550. Can anyone help? thanks.

Make sure you go to FAQ's in support knowledge base and and read them so that you have a better understanding of what has happened.

FTP error codes
It's good to know what kind of code your getting if your on a FTP.... The following codes appear in the 'dialog' box within your FTP program. These codes come from the FTP server, telling you the status of your requests. Most likely you havent put the correct information in the publish button in bv. First you have to have a vodahost account, second your path has to be public_html/ in some form, and 3rd you need the correct user name and password. Most likely you havent changed the path to public_html/
