  • Using MS Sans Serif font doesn't always work for others

I liked MS Sans Serif as a font and used it in my original site design but heard from others that the font was changing to Times New Roman or something else when it loaded in their browsers and then moving around due to the size differences. I presumed this is because they didn't have MS Sans Serif, so I changed the pages' default font and the text that I used to Arial - less interesting but I can control the site more, I hope. Is there another solution?

Also when i used Arial 6pt, it wouldn't publish in the same spot as where it shows up in BV - it consistantly moved down about 5 pxls. Why is this?

Check out "old type face" in this forum. I changed the default font on two computers, configured precisely the same as mine, and the typre face on my site (Verdona) finally came through properly for them. It would show proper type in most atreas of the screen butu three blocks were consistantly Times New Roman. Arggh.
