Removing All Shipping Costs

We sell our seminar on our website. It is not supposed to have any shipping fee. I zeroed out the shipping fields in the sections of the shopping cart ("Product Info" & "Advanced Option" tabs), yet it is still charging my customers $4.95 when they purchase through PayPal.

How can I get the shopping cart to not charge any shipping?

You have to remove the shipping charge at paypal... its set in your profile website payment preferences.

Thanks so much. I've been struggling with this for quite some time. I glanced through PayPal before, but was not sure where to look. Noticed it now that you informed me that is where I needed to make the change. I appreciate your direction.
