Saving pages on computer

Hi this Leigh from shavondesigns.com. I just purchased my package today and, of course, have a question.
Some of pages that I have been working on are not showing the BV icon next to it. They don't show when I open the file unless a change to show "all files". I have tried to save as and still doesn't work. Any suggestions?
