MySQL database connection settings

Hi have a have set up a shopping cart with shop script and its asking me to specify MySQL database connection settings. Not sure what this is? I was asked to contact my hosting provider to obtain these settings.

I need the following details:

Host
username
Password
Database name

This is the only information i need to successfully install this software program.

Anyone know where i can find this info?

host: local host

All the rest you have to login to cpanel, mysql and create. Create the database, and then a user and a user password
