From the index page link by way of FOIA. When you get to page named freedom_of_information_act_cancer. From that page you will see a link at the bottom which will take you another FOIA page which I named freedom_of_information_act_cancerpg.2.
I have tried naming the link every combination possible but it will not link.
Can anyone discover what I have done wrong?
    Thanks,
    Linda

you can not have the period before the 2 use an undescore to seperate it or take it out completely and just have the 2. Also the page will be a .html not a jpeg

      Re: Linking, linking, linking

      Dear Ed,
I went back and renamed the page freedom_of_information_act_cancerpg2
Then when I was setting up the link I entered:
http://bradkimball.com/freedom_of_in...cancerpg2.html and it didn't link me.
Now I see I have two pages...one with pg.2 and one without. Can you help?
      Linda
ps there are underscores between the words, just can't see them for the underline.

In my frustration I have opened a blank page and redone the page called: the_freedom_of_information_actcancerpg.2 and the new name is thetruthcannotbehidden but still can not link from the newly created page.
Anyone know what I am doing wrong. I have gotten fairly good at linking but this has be stumped.
        Thanks, Linda

          Re: Linking, linking, linking

          Linda,

          "the_freedom_of_information_actcancerpg.2"
The above is not the way to name your web pages. It is too long and confusing.
          Just name it : actcancer-pg2 or actcancer_pg2

"The freedom of information" blah, blah, blah should be on your webpages as a "text hyperlink" so that visitors to your site can select to goto "actcancer-pg2".

Thats how I would do it.

Thanks to all. Good idea to link to the FOIA website, people need to know how to get info,
            I have a motto:
            When in doubt,
            throw it out...
I redid the page and totally renamed it and all is good.
            Thanks, Linda
