Welcome to Vodaland...there is help to be found here on every aspect...BUT.. there is great satisfaction to be had from figuring a lot of the stuff out for yourself....you will find that any time invested in watching/reading the tutorials will be well spent; & most of any problems you may have will have already been addressed in the appropriate forum.
Best advice: be patient...experiment...& HAVE FUN!
