Yes.. its called a marquee.. look in your insert advanced menu i think is where it is.

The Marquee can be used for Horizontall or vertical scroll.
To rotate as you described you will need a script.

Steelbonnet did you ever figure out how to rotate text 90 degrees to read from bottom to top? The marquee doesn't seem to do that.Comment
