  • creating subdirectories within public_html folder

    Hi,
I know there are many thread covering the creation of links and saving html files etc and I've got that down pat, but my site is getting huge and recent feedback suggested some of my pages are very long so I am going to try and shorten them by creating sub-directories.

I know I can just go on creating pages in the public_html directory, but wonder if it would be more organised to do it with sub-directories. So for example, I will begin with my page on invitations:

which if you look you will see has links at the top of the page linking to bookmarks within the page.

So if instead of having so many bookmarked links to various areas it's been suggested extra pages would be better, so for eg, personalized_ invitations.html, invitaions_to_order.html and so on all housed within the main invitation page.

Also, and this is just out of interest, is my above link 'keyword stuffed'? Would it be better to make it shorter or is the longer more keyword optimised style better?

    Cheers

    Sarah
