As a novice and building my first website, I'm beginning to get the hang of the site buider. However, when I select the text box, the site closes down and it tells me I have performed an "illegal operation"? How can I cure this?

Thanks for the tip. However, no joy? I've uninstalled and now reinstalled, but still the same. Everything else on the site builder appears to work O.K. I've inserted some images and played with some templates, but the Text box will not open and continues to come up with "illegal operation"? Any other tips? Thx.

Try un-install again. After that- go to the "Programs" folder and delete the BV folder. Then re-boot your computer. Then re-install BV.
