cannot register

Hi again I have tried registering and have had some probllems when I register and pay by visa I the phone call to verify ny visa the voice tells me to press any touch tone key on my landline phone in which I do and then it tells me agin and agin till it hangs up on me so not registering it is obviosley not getting my tone is there any thing that I can do, I really want to register today
