Have not received the welcome letter...

Good Day all!

So, I've requested the transfer and all of the criteria has been met.
I purchased the hosting and all that good stuff...

However, the "Welcome Letter" that contains the NS info for me to update on the old server has not been sent to me...whats the time frame for this...?

At the moment, I have not been "activated"...so I dont have a CPanel yet...

Any thoughts?

Could take up to three days....if you have not heard anything at that point put in a support ticket.

Also, be sure to check your junk mail folder--seems it's ended up there for quite a few of us.
