Please Help with centering!

I'm fairly new to web design.
And I've just started a site that sells 1800 numbers.
It's only a rough draft of the front page right now..

but..

I can not get this page to center!!
I've tried so many codes and nothing works.

On my 1024x768 res everything is fine,
but I need it to be compatible with other resolutions.

Click "View" (menu) ==> "page Properties" or right click on blank part of page....in the "general tab" halfway down "Center Page"

I had the same problem, when i started with web designing. No need for codes, just start building your page in left hand side. If your website is 800 width, then in options it have to be the same. Then just right click on background. Select Page Properties and then Centre In Browser.

I've done that, but when I preview the page.
It's still on the left.
