Need Advice!

I wish to sign up for annual billing. I've noticed my credit card details are required at the start. Do I pay a year in advance or is it just verification to proceed? I understand I qualify for the free setup?

Any help appreciated

Annual billing must be paid in advance, this is the reason it does not have a set up fee.
