I've just downloaded a flash video player from http://flashden.net/ to use on my website www.citylifelive.co.uk

However, i have a few problems.

How do i add it to my site & how do i add my own video to it?

It looks like you embed code that it generates into an html box. Without DOWNLOADING it and reading the docs.. thats the best i can tell you.
