Are the links on my menu bar crawlable to the search engines

Hi,

I did some searching but couldn't find what I am looking for. I am trying to optimize my website and get a high page rank. The Menu bar that I am using on the my website looks to be mostly Java based. My question is, will the google search engines recognize the links in this Java application.

Or if you see anything else that jumps out at you which might be causing me to have a page rank of "0" please let know.

Ok so I did some more searching and I found out that the menu is not crawable by google's search engine.

So now my question is; how do I fix this???? Without getting rid of the drop down menu.

What most people do is repeat the links in the footer [text links]

Scratch this question; I just removed the Java dropdown box and replaced it with all text links.
