3 new sites

I'm building 3 new sites and all are with their own hosting, here is my question: How do I index all and not get messed up? Help anyone. Show me the way and I will read all about it.

save each page in different folder, index A in A folder, index B in B folder, index C in C folder. and make sure to publish using their own IP/user/password
