    Browser problems

    I have spent literally hours on this!

    My problem is that when I upload files - htnl or otherwise - i cannot obtain, any previews.

    I press either of the Preview buttons, an IE browser opens but is empty, although "source" indicates that the file/s is/are present.

    When you then go back to BV, no files show up so I could never build a web page!

    Could my use of Interne Explorer 8 have any bearing on this - for me at least - very major problem.

    Help please.

      Although it seems to have fallen on deaf ears, this is for me a major problem and I am afraid that I shall shortly have to walk away from BlueVoda.

      Additionally, my domain name is not yet on the internet after five days!

        Sorry, but to me it is obvious that you are doing something wrong.

        the FTP url you posted requires a username / password so we can see nothing.
        Further more, your domain name is readthisnow.biz and IS visible but your homepage is blank. The page source code shows:

        <head>
        <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1">
        <title>Untitled Page</title>

        </body>
        </html>

        which means that BV has indeed uploaded the page, but there is nothing in it.

        If you wish, upload your index file on your site and post here the URL so we can download and look at it, if there is some issue.

          Thank you for your input, but for me it's just not worth the bother!

          I'm off elsewhere, having wasted too much time and about $70 on BV

            Well, this is your choice, but one thing is ertain: you have somehow mistaken something with creating / publishing your pages.
