How do we make a ''login'' system for multiple websites using HTML only?

I was wondering how do we make a ''login'' system for multiple websites that we would then become a member of the site if we register. We also would be a member of all the sites associated with the one we signed up to?

This requires a specific database driven script. If the sites are all hosted within the same hosting account, it is rather easy. If the sites are hosted in separate hosting accounts, you should have remote MySQL connection through the sites, so the member registers in one only but the authentication script on all sites retrieve login details from the unique database.
