Can anyone advise me how to change the font size in a link lie the example below?

i just added a font tag:
<a href="http://www.evitamins.com/affiliates/aw.asp?B=284&A=XXX&Task=Click"><font size="6">Save 20&#37;-70% On Hair Care Products At eVitamins</font></a>

or you can use a header tag if you still want bigger:

I actually want to make is smaller. IE 9 or 10 point. Sorry for my lack of knowledge but all the affiliate text links I am working with from this particular merchant are too big and I would like them to blend id to the rest of me site. IE Bottom RHC of this page you can see that it is about 12-14pt. http://www.thefemalezone.com/beauty-style-home.php
