  • hyperlinking several areas on one image

I have created a large image in Photoshop that I want to import into BV and then add three separate hyperlinks within it/on top of it to the pages within my site. I have watched the video tutorials, but can't figure out the best way to add several hyperlinks to that one image. Does that even make sense?

I'm not sure that I fully understand your request but if you want to want to add 3 links then each link has to be independent of the others. For Example: http://your domain/link1.html
    http://your domain/link2.html
    http://your domain/link3.html
So, create the text that relates to the linked page, than highlight the text and click on the 'Link' button (the icon is a globe with a chain link) and insert the url of the page you want that link to point to.
That's it. You can then test the link in preview mode.
    Hope this helps

Do you want something like the top of the image to have one link and the middle another link, etc? You could insert transparent shapes over different parts of the image and link them.

There is an image mapper for this purpose built into your BV program next to the insert image button.

Thought I had it all figured out but can't seem to figure out how to add several rectangles on the same image once i get into ImageMap. I add the rectangle but then it just lists left, top, width and height. I am so confused.

I tried this too, but when I go to preview the page, the shape is never transparent. Even with a 0 opacity.
