I have a completely formatted affiliate/reseller website where the company that im an affiliate/reseller for handles the merchant account will this kind of website work with vodahost/bluevoda

You can host it on Vodahost servers. No problem. Bleuvoda is a sitebuilder, bur in your case there is no site building to do since you have the site ready. If what you meant is if you can modify the ready site using BV, the answer is no. You will probably need an html editor.
