Is it possible to process PHP code in the HTML files (i.e. files with the .html extension) on your servers ?

Define specifically the application you are attempting, and the type of foundation (website...as in Blue Voda, Dreamweaver/HTML, scripted as a forum/cart/WP, etc.). -

You can do this ONLY if you create a .htaccess file that will "tell" the server to process files that have the .html as .php files.
If this is a requirement by the company you purchased the script from, or by your programmer, he will certainly know how to create such a .htaccess file.
However I don't understand the purpose for this, why shouldn't your pages have the .php extension ?Navaldesign

My new shopping cart is AJAX based. The php company provides coding that will enable my store to be indexed. I have asked them to install this for me as it is beyond my ability.
