Our new e-commerce website

We want to start a new e-commerce website. We are located in Belgium.
We need
- a WYSiWYG program which can be used by non IT spe******ts
- a multiple language (french, dutch and english) website
- payments in Euro with PayPal or Ogone
Our questions :
- do your program corresponds to our needs ?
- is it possible to try it for a short period ?
- do we need BlueVoda, Soholaunch or both ?

I didn't look to see where these are from - but I am building an e-commerce site on soho - but not in Europe. These are from the soho website:

They also have a forum - you could probably go there and find more.
