web form editing

hello
i have an odd problem with my form on my form http://www.finefeatures.co.uk/form.php when someone fills out the form it there info remains on the form until it is filled out by the next person which concerns me as it isnt very private
can anyone tell me how to fix this

How did you check this problem? From a different computer?
Use another computer and send a message. Then go to your computer and see if the message from the other computer appears.
Probably not...
