Can't download from from BlueFTP to my computer!
Hey, thanks for your help in advance...
I am trying to make a copy of all my wordpress website files from BlueFTP to my hard-drive, but it is not working.
I can move one file at a time or a whole bunch of files...but, as soon as I try to move a folder it doesn't work. Moving everything piece by piece would take ages - so is there a way to do it all at once?
I try to use copy or move functions to move the folders (and just drag & drop)...and I see a pop-up window...which says "looking for sub directories" (or something similar) but no progress is ever shown, and then it just goes away, and nothing has been moved/copied. It is very frustrating.
I can move simple files, so I am not sure why I can not move a folder.
Also, I am still connected when it is over...so I don't think it is the server timing out or such.
Please help!!! :(
