Help with the next step!!!

I need advise before I can go on to the next step.
I have downloaded Voda website builder.
Finished creating all pages for this (new) website.
We already have our domain name.
Our current website host is "Hypermart".
I don't want any interruptions during the transition over to Voda.
What is my next step?
I have already created an account @ VodaHost: "cateryourparty"
But, have (not) yet completed the authorization for VodaHost to contact "Hypermart" for the switch over.
Once I do this step & sign up with Voda how long does it take?
And what triggers the step of replacing my old website with this new one?
I know I still have to publish each page of my website.
But, there must be a step after that (that posts it for the public).
Again, would like to have a smooth transition.
I'm confused on how all this works.

1) Upload your website on your VodaHost account, so your website is on our servers also.
2) Change your name servers at your perevious web host to ours, Your welcome letter will contin your name servers.
3) 48 hours later your website will be visible on our servers
4) Put in your transfer request.

This way you will have 0% down time.
