Links are publishing incorrectly by adding my site address

Help. I've never had this issue before. I have a links page with links to several other websites I want to share. I just tried to add a new link to the site. When I added the link www.creativequickies.com to the logo and also to the text above the logo and published it, it then it appeared on my site with both MY website address and also the shared website address. This means if you click it, it goes to http://tajasiberians.net/www.creativequickies.com which doesn't work and pulls an error page of course. Why is it suddenly adding my site address in front to links when I put them in?
Any ideas how to get it to stop????
