Webmail managing sent and recieved emails

I want to know what messages are been sent via the company webmail is there any function for copying every message recv'd / sent back to my webmail box.

Horde allows you to keep a copy of sent messages in the "Sent" folder, if that's what you mean. Of course this happens only if the mails are sent through Horde (not through your desktop computer)
