3rd Party Menu changing position according to monitor size?

I've been using this menu software for 5 years without any problems. The thing is that it only happens on a couple of my websites and not several others.
I know....post an URL..
I really dont want to post those URL's here for the world to see even though they are all hosted with VodaHost and made with the BV web builder.
If you want to help contact me thru my siggy.
I will post the solution here as it may help others.
My USMC site is one that has the problem.
The other 2 do not.

Got it !
I neglected to enter "container" to the menu html. The software creates a "floating" menu otherwise.
