publishing problem

Hi, I have tried a number of times to upload a sfw video - shows ok in preview,
but when uploading it seems to take forever - I then go:- ctrl alt Del. and the task
panel shows the message server not responding.

Can someone assist please?

How many MBs is your file ? And how are you uploading it ?

Hi Naval, the file is just over 19mb - uplaoding as a sfw flash vid

19 Mb is a big file to upload. So I believe the server times out when using FTP to upload it especially with a slow connection or heavy traffic.

Try uploading it through File Manager from your cPanel.
