    I've had to open this thread for a friend who has had his website suspended because the bill wasn't paid on time. I created the website but have since left their employ so I don't have all the access I need to try and sort it out for them (not that I have any idea of where to start anyway)

    The bill has been paid now but approx five days later the website is still suspended. Unfortunately he doesn't know what to do now. His email is also suspended and his passwords into Control Panel don't work.

    Can someone give me some clues please as to what he needs to do to get back in business. Web address is www.twinpines.co.nz
