Unable to upload updates to my website

My Server IP address was changed a few months ago but unfortunately I don't know what it is. I've tried all the choices in the pull down menu but none of them work and I'm unable to apply an urgent update.

How do I find out what it is please? I'm using version 12 of Bluevoda
